January 2013 Winners!
Hello everybody! How are you all doing?
Busy with school and stuff I presume. However, much like myself, I admit school is the reason this is coming out so gosh darned late. Nearly a week late to be exact (and I've slacked on the CC even worse up to this point >.<). Rest assured though, I am back to my old wordsmithing self for the time being and I plan to get caught up with everyone.

How is the love life? V-day is coming up after all.
Err... I'm getting a little off topic.
Well, since I'm obviously at a loss for conversation right now lets make this a little less awkward.
Here are the results for Forge Hub Favorite January Edition:
3rd Place
It originated in Reach, and translated into Halo 4 very nicely. In fact, it was so nice that it ended up in Matchmaking. Scoring third place in FHF pales in comparison to an honor such as that, but we should all congratulate sir Paints on creating a helluva map. If it hasn't come up for you in Matchmaking yet, you should most definitely give it a go.

One of our resident Journalists made a map. Said map is not your ordinary map. In fact, I think he describes it better himself
I'll keep this description really simple:
1. it's a corridor-based map
2. for 4v4 or 5v5 play
3. with mantises
4. and traps you can use to blow said mantises into the frigid deathtrap of space.
Sounds enticing to me.

FlyingshoeILR steps into the Forge Hub Favorites spotlight once again to take the gold this time. He took second place last time with a gametype that emulated 1-Flag, and he and MockKnizzle008 takes first this time with a BTB map that plays the 1-Flag gametype very well.
