Official Sign Ups for TGIF #5 on Friday, 2/15/08

Well Hubbers, it's that time again, TGIF sign ups. As many of you know with each new TGIF sign up we are tweaking the process to make the event more enjoyable for the community. With each sign up we work out some issues that were experienced in the previous TGIF and further increase our efficiency. Well this time we are focused on removing lag and misconduct entirely. Now when players sign up they must agree to a statement that ensures that the quality of the game is the most important part of the event.
As some of you already know, Thank God It's Forgeday is the name given to Forge Hub's bi-weekly custom game night event that we hold. It is an extremely organized and popular event where competitors who sign up are assigned to a host. On the Friday of the game night the players are invited into the assigned room at which point players will be taken through several community maps that are all featured here on Forge Hub.
TGIF #5 will be held on Friday, February 15th. The North American rooms will run from 12:30am GMT to 4:30am GMT (7:30pm EST to 11:30pm EST) and the European room will run from 10pm GMT to 4:30am GMT. To sign up for game night please fill out the small application form below. If the form is completed properly you will receive a friend request from "Forge Hub" in a timely manner. Note that the Heroic Map Pack is once again required.
To be included in the event you must fill out the form below completely and coherently if it is not filled out properly it will be ignored. The age restriction for the event is 13. If you lie about your age, and we discover this you will not be allowed to compete in any future events. Also note that you must be attending the entire 4 hours of the event to be allowed in. After all the main rooms have been filled we will start and over flow list to which an additional 30 players will be assigned to. If you are assigned to the over flow list do not fret; last TGIF all players who were on the list and were online at the start of the event ended up in a party due to no shows.
Also with this TGIF we are requiring that players attend the full 4 hours of the event to limit sign ups to those who are dedicated enough to attend the whole event.
Note we are adding the following terms of gameplay to the event.
By signing up for Forge Hub's TGIF you agree to the following statement:
"I realize that TGIF is a community event that is run by the Forge Hub Staff for the benefit of the community. Since the event is to benefit the community I agree that I will be respectful to the host and all members who are present in the room. I also realize that gameplay must be playable at all times to preserve the sanctity of the event. Seeing this I agree that if my connection was to drop into a poor state that causes the playability of the game to drop and lag to ensue that I will leave the game without complaint. The other players should not have to suffer under lag conditions due to my failing connection. In addition I will respect any other decisions made by the room host."

We will assign you to a party based on the form. Do not request to play certain maps. Hosts will run a set playlist on game night comprised solely of maps featured on Forge Hub.
All applications that are not filled out properly will be edited and noted. We will not accept an application unless it is filled out completely. If a mistake is noted please resubmit the form with the change made. Please do not post questions, they will be removed. This topic is for sign ups ONLY.
We've been trying to streamline the process of TGIF but we can't if people don't read and follow the rules so we are tightening down.
Any signups that aren't submitted according to the rules specified in the first post (Here) will be disregarded.
Any corrections to a signup must be submitted anew as a reply.
