Being a new Journalist, I have been itching for something to do on this site.
Since the File Browsers are down I can't exactly write map features, and Forge Hub Favorites also kind of depends on people being able to post their maps. And since a certain RightSideTheory likes to hog all the fun articles I decided to bring back an old Forge Hub Favorite: The Caption Contest.
The premise behind the Caption Contest is simple:
I will post a picture of something pertaining to Halo. It may be inherently funny or you may have to construe the situation a little because you will caption the picture with something clever or funny.
So what are the limits as to what's considered a caption?
You can do anything really. You can manipulate the given image using image editing software to create your caption or you may simply reply to the thread with a text caption.
That's it.
The funniest or most clever caption wins and by win I mean you get a Custom Title to reflect your joking nature.
This week's victor will be rewarded with a CT reading: The Joker

Submission Rules:
• Each member is limited to only one caption. If you post an entry but later come up with a better one, simply edit your original post with the new caption in place of the old.
• Keep your submissions within our forum rules.
• You may NOT post a caption that may offend another member.
• No discussion. Entries only!
Any member who breaks these rules will find their post(s) deleted and receive an infraction.
Entries are due before next Thursday.
