Okay.. Where to start... Umm the TGIF last Friday I had was intense. We started the lobby with some small minigames while I got the lobby to a proper size. We started off with some Hogs from Heck and then Berb's Custom Avalanche (landslide, 3v3, first team to 5 wins). Getting people actually wasn't that hard, even with like nobody signing up in the sign-up thread, so I was surprised when the full lobby came.
Partyin' UpOnce I got the full 16, we played one game on Cat n Mouse. And it was pretty damn awesome even though we had the most laggy game of all time. However, if have to lag in a custom game, Cat n Mouse is the game to do it in. You see, if the host changes properly, you might be lucky and get a pimped out convertable wraith like some of these guys:
You see them? There's one near the bottom. By the way, the ghost guy in the middle is BurninginWater. He actually managed to live through that for 50 seconds before the game ended. We were all pretty stunned by that.
After that we played a quick game on Battleships and L4D here we got this funny moment:- Last man standing spawn
- /Zombie maul
After that I tried to mix in some more competitive play like some one-flag on Metropolis, some Spire invasion, etc. Until...Hwy 9 2.0?
And everything got 10x funnier...
If you were in my party, i'm sure you'll remember our friend Jerico, but for those who weren't:
- Jerico was a man who wanted to play his invasion map. His invasion map which was critically acclaimed to be the best map of all time. After this......we collectively tried to explain the faults only to get a response similar to this. So yeah, Jerico's awesome antics quickly became the meme of the night. I unfortunately had to kick our friend Jerico a couple games later due to excessive shouting, swearing, slating :( . Most of the map stolen from Silent Barbarian anyway, imma jus sayin'
I really should be wrapping this up
Some other things we played were:- A 16 player one-flag game on Cargo Port (I have to uphold tradition)
- Sweet's CTF map (lol)
- Indiana Jones run! :/
- Barky
- Alluviation
- This TG map:
And we ended with an awesome game on Test of Power, a brilliant slayer map!
*smugface*
Berb would like to thank all players that attended his TGIF lobby (even you Jerico ;D)aww fuck ya
there we go, i hope the other hosts release recaps this boss
Thank´s for all members who shared the Freaky Friday in the TGIF 30. I let the audience choose among the "favorites" to start, and what better than the classic "TRENCH WARFARE" just to stir things up, you know, Bubbles, Bubbles and Bubbles... After the competitive gameplay with the very fair score of 1478 to 1600 for the Blue Team, I decided to put something more attractive, with my excellent Medieval Themed InVaSIoN one:
The Angry Commoners...
We also had the opportunity to share some great slayer pearls, by the way the map was actually made for 4v4, but we played with 8v8 xD that was a bit chaotic, but really fun to explore the Sutenance capability. Since they were ALL played with 85% Bloom and Anniversary gametypes.
Ready for the assassination...
A Chaotic demonstration of some Crazy Shoots that we face.
We also decided going to the amazing INFECTION maps, where everyone´s excitement reaches there´s peak.
Camping at the Doors, not for enought time.
When the Freaky TGIF climax came, awaited by everyone, the MASTER mini-game, which was intended to be the first, "ARMOR WALKERS" left to finish with a flourish. The party was the best of the best provided by the presence of you friends!
Done here, if you cant attend this amazing party, dont worry, wait, and if you like, please, dowload the maps played in this TGIF here v all links below:

Well, another successful TGIF in the bag, although it may be my 2nd, it's also my first. It didn't hurt too much and everyone was nice and gentle with me. Innuendo aside, although we had a small lobby of about 6 people at maximum, we still had loads of fun. Special thanks to Phish and Grunt Hunter for sticking with me until we decided that Berb's lobby was the place to be.
The objective of my TGIF lobby was to try and test some of the maps that have been flooding into the Testers Guild lately and try and take some of the strain off them. Sadly due to a small lobby size, we only got round to testing one map, but even then it couldn't be counted as a proper test as one of the players was AFK. The douche. We still had a barrel of laughs and I will be hosting another lobby next TGIF time.
Shameless advert: Go visit the Testers Guild and post your unfinished maps for them to test

Mid-Air Conga!
The old Hologram trick (it didn't work)
