It's that time of the year again hubbers, a time for new beginnings; but with most of our eyes set on the year to come, it's also time to look back at the year that was. It's time to celebrate those who have worked tirelessly to craft the works of art we have enjoyed over the past year. It's time to put the spotlight on the maps and authors that defined the year of 2011. The awards season is upon on us and it's time for Forge Hub to take part in the festivities with our annual Best of Forge competition.

Now some of you might be asking yourselves "What is Best of Forge?" Fret not, for I'm going to give you the rundown. Best of Forge is an annual Forge hub event designed to showcase the best of the best and culminate in the crowning of this years best map. The second stage will see the top nominations pitted against each other in a site wide vote to crown a winner in each of the 13 categories.
