Caption Contest 18
Guess what day today is? It’s Saturday, and I am certain that you understand what that means (or maybe not because this event tends to frequent Thursdays.) It is time for the caption contest! I have to waste my valuable time to give you this always-loved chance to vent your bottled up, and obscenely funny jokes. Of course you couldn’t possibly strive to my level of comedic mastery, but you still can try!
However, I’d like to take advantage of this introduction not for humor or friendship, but to highlight an incredibly important rule for the Contest. Specifically the second half of bullet three; Thou shalt not discuss the Caption Contest in the submissions thread. Because it is really hard for me to go through and read all of these, then make an unbiased decision when I keep resorting to uselessly punishing members for not reading the rules! That generally puts me in a bad mood and makes all of the captions noticeably less funny. Just keep that in the back of your mind to save us both some trouble. And remember, this… is…
The Submission Rules!
• Each member is limited to only one caption. If you post an entry but later come up with a better one, simply edit your original post with the new caption in place of the old.
• Please keep your submissions within our forum rules; avoid offensive language, racism, comments disclosing another member’s identity, and any other inappropriate content.
• You may NOT post a caption that may offend another member.
• Thou shall not discuss the Caption Contest in this thread!
Any member who breaks these rules will find their post(s) deleted and receive an infraction.
Entries are due before next Thursday
You may use any image editing program you would like, or simply type up your submission in the thread. Remember, no discussion! I don't want to come back and check this thread to see chaos breaking loose! I thank you for your understanding, and wish you all good lu-wait! I almost forgot! If you think that you have found a brilliantly funny image of your own, don't hesitate to send it on over to me. I'll be sure to use it and give you credit if it’s good.
