I am proud to present my new Invasion map,
Covenant Cruiser Silent Barbarian.

Spartans Start at the top of the main valley, and ride down to the grav-lift undermeath the ship itself, and attempt to capture it from a Squad of Elites, equipped with a revenant, a ghost and a shade turret on the ledge.

SPARTAN TEAM INITIAL SPAWN

COVIE INITIAL SPAWN

Once captured, the spartans must use the 2nd-stage activated grav lift to ascend into the belly of the beast, being very wary as bloodthirsty Elites will be awaiting any unauthorised ascent.

INTO THE BELLY OF THE BEAST

Spartans must then make their way to the back of the ship, and capture the slipspace engine room. This will be fiercely guarded also, and must be approached with caution and teamwork.

THE ENGINE ROOM

Once captured, the bomb will spawn in the nearby bridge, and the bomb must be used to destroy the Glassing laser control room at the front of the ship. This will be the most difficult task, as Sword-wielding elites now stalk the hallways of this vessel, prepared to die for the glory of the Holy Pact.

There are a few cruisers on these forums, but I have tried to create a ship with a definite authentic look, and a fully functioning multiplayer space inside. Although slightly smaller than some cruisers on the forums, I think it has a more realistic and functional feel than any other.

1x Grenade launcher on flat rock, spartan side of lift base
1x Revenant at Elite spawn

2x Needle rifles
2x DMR
6x Plasma Grenades
1x Hammer

Forged over the last three months, it's been difficult but I am happy with the result. I would have loved to have entered this into the forgetacular contest but as I live in the UK, it was not to be.
But then I realised that giving my baby away to the real forging community was a greater honour anyway.
So please, please take it, test it, kill it if you must, but report back and I will dutifully fix any problems.

I hope you have as much fun playtesting it and thrashing it around as I had making it.
